Mission

Kytka Hilmar-Jezek, Broker, Czech/Slavic language representative. Kytka was born in the Czech Republic and has traveled and worked all over the globe. Kytka has a Ph.D. She also has over 20 years of real estate and management experience. Even during childhood, Kytka managed her family's motels, restaurants, etc. A true entrepreneur with a keen eye for true luxury as well as opportunity, she specializes in exclusive homes and tourism and development properties.
Steve Bucelato, Real Estate Agent, Property Location Expert, Construction & Materials Specialist, Spanish language representative. Steve came to Costa Rica fourteen years ago to seek his kingdom. During that time, he has built relationships with the local farmers and land owners and has won their hearts. Steve knows how to make Costa Rica work. He has the resources and the connections to keep costs down and make winning deals happen. His vast knowledge of Costa Rica; with its local customs, the Spanish language, the laws, the ins and outs of buying especially registry, municipalities, and most importantly, the personal relationships with local owners make Steve a treasure and an asset to our team. Pavel Jezek, Construction Specialist, Real Estate Agent, Czech/Slavic language representative. Pavel was born in the Czech Republic and has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction. Pavel has built several homes and loves to work with people who are interested in alternative (sustainable) building methods. He specializes in raw land properties ideal for eco-tourism and off the grid living.
Because Costa Rica is so popular with visitors from all over the globe, we also cooperate and work very closely with a variety of Associates throughout the country. At this time we have representatives who speak the following languages: German, Italian, French, Romanian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Hungarian, Japanese. |
