Suanny is a licensed real estate agent in Miami, Florida and has been for the past 4 years working for top notch companies such as Coldwell Banker, South Beach, Lincoln Road, Realty World Select, Coral Gables and Prudential WCI, Coral Gables. Brad is a licensed, world traveled, yacht captain having experience in the service industry for public and private charters and providing exceptional service to his passengers and crew on board. Suanny is of Cuban decent, born and raised in Miami Florida and Brad is a native Australian of Australia’s Gold Coast. Suanny and Brad decided to join forces and open up Pacific Tides Realty not just to live in the land of “Pura Vida” but, they have both visited Costa Rica several times within their lifetime and have seen the rapid growth of Costa Rica. Therefore, under Suanny’s guidance, they decided into this joint venture. “We wanted to offer a refreshing real estate experience to foreigners looking to buy property in Costa Rica by providing knowledge, professionalism and exceptional service.”
